Gender Responsive: Inequality Development in Islands Bali, Indonesia

Aims: Sustainable development goals do not focus on the economy alone, but also gender equality. Since Indonesia implemented regional autonomy (1999), it is hoped that will be realized. However, facts show income and inequality still exists. The Province of Bali faced with this problem. Therefore, study aims to determine trends analyze effect as measured by Gini Ratio, Gross Regional Domestic Product at constant prices (GRDP-cp), human index (HDI) (IPG).
 Study Design: This used a quantitative descriptive method.
 Place Duration Study: location study. one 33 Provinces in Indonesia. consists small islands namely Island, Nusa Penida Island several others having an area 5,632.82 square kilometers. Administratively, eight regencies, city area.
 Methodology: trend gini ratio, GRDP-cp, (GDI) relationships influence each these variables. approach research secondary data form panel obtained from Indonesian Central Bureau Statistics (BPS) for period (2010 - 2017) are analysis. sourced annual reports Agency regencies / cities Bali. Several statistical models applied accordance objectives study, consisting graphs, linear nonlinear multiple regression estimation models. method responses: regression.
 Results: ratio (GR) has positive significant significance level 5 percent, towards (GDI), GRDP-cp percent level, growth (GDI).
 Conclusion: Human leads equality Regency/Municipality continues progress until end 2017, if conditions able maximally improved then success sustainable impossible achieve and, now results achieved have inequalities, although been attempted minimized various policies carried out government. Some areas need completed inequalities fields economics, education.
